While I was reading these poems, I felt like I was covered with a soft blanket. I could be able to find myself in some of them and connect with the words and, also, with the author.

My thoughts

These poems brought me joy, encouragement, motivation and nostalgia. They are focused on the healing process of a person — the author. I was able to find the past version of myself in some of them, but also in the present time, how I am right now and how I feel.

Nowadays, the process of healing and taking care of our minds is growing more and more on social media. A lot of young people (and adults) suffer from anxiety and depression. Some people constantly compare themselves to others, creating toxic and hurtful behaviours that affect their body and their mind. 

This book is about healing, love, pain and growth. It can help you if you are going through a tough time or it can be a plus in your healing process. 

It helped me and I hope it works for other people as well.
